  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person or entity.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Fees for setup, monthly subscriptions, and usage-based charges (e.g., SMS, calls, emails) will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe; SonaCRM does not store full credit/debit card details.

  • Recurring billing will continue until cancelled.

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may be updated periodically.

6. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

  • Opt-In: By providing your phone number and explicit consent, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from SonaCRM. Message/data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

  • Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@sonacrm.com.

  • Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions.

  • Disclaimer: Delivery of messages is subject to your mobile carrier and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Engage in spam, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

  • Upload viruses or malicious code.

  • Violate applicable telecom, privacy, or data protection regulations (including TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA).

  • Fail to pay applicable fees.
